“Suzie” functions as our “office manager” taking care of everything from ordering pencils to handling all of our billing to working on the pack line when needed. She has worked with our company for more than 20 years, making her the “go to person” for almost any question or problem |
Nick oversees the Computer Room and the Delivery Room, and is also one of our better Sales Reps. When he’s not on the road selling he sees to it that our hardware and software are in perfect condition so we can process your orders correctly and efficiently. Nick also works hard at ordering product and scheduling school deliveries. Nick grew up in the fundraising business, so he knows it inside out, making him an invaluable part of our day-to-day operations.

Pam takes care of the Customer Service Department. She has been here for more than 8 years. When you have questions or problems just give her a call! When your sale is over she will make sure you get all of your top seller incentives and bonuses. She also does some work in our Telemarketing Department. |
Jody runs the day-to-day operations in the delivery room and makes sure the delivery room procedures flow. She has been with our company for more than 15 years. Jody checks product and schedules packing and delivery of product. She also supervises all the “Elves” in our “Snowflake Shoppe”.

Vicki runs the day-to day operations in the computer room. She has been with our company for more than 11 years. When your orders arrive at our warehouse, Vicki takes control of them from the time they are checked in to the time they are ready to be packed. She has it down to a science!
