Typographical Error
In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error
or error in pricing information, Great Western Reserve Corporation shall have the right to refuse

credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,
Great Western Reserve Corporation will immediately credit your credit card account in the amount of

Order Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify
our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer
to sell. Great Western Reserve Corporation reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order
to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verification
or information before accepting any order.
Sales Policy
Great Western Reserve Corporation accepts VISA and Mastercard. Paypal users may use Electronic Funds
Transfer or pay via American Express or Discover in addition to MC or VISA.
No International credit cards.
All payments must be in
US Dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with
every order.
Sales Tax will be charged
depending on the billing addressed as required by law.
Great Western Reserve Corporation makes every
effort to maintain 100% system availability, except during scheduled maintenance
periods. Should we experience technical difficulties, Great Western Reserve Corporation is not responsible
for orders that are not processed or accepted.
Return Policy
Great Western Reserve Corporation is committed to working with you to ensure that every product under
warranty performs to our stated specifications. Warranties apply from date of
services completed or, in the case of web site, date of site deployment.
Orders may be cancelled
within 30 days from the invoice date, at Great Western Reserve Corporation's discretion. If you have
problems with a product that cannot be resolved through technical support, please

Damaged Merchandise
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If
any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill.
If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing
materials and call the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage
so that you will be able to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage
caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturer's Defects
If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, call our Customer Service
at (614) 946.9541 for instructions. Do not return items to us without first
calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to a
manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number.
No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly
on the box.
Return Merchandise
Policy
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department.
For questions about returning merchandise call Customer Service at (614) 946.9541
and ask for our Return Department. The return of non-defective merchandise,
when authorized, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee at our discretion. No packages
will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the
box.
If a return is authorized
by our Return Department:
- Return the item to the
address given to you by our Return Department.
- Write the Return Authorization
Number on the box.
- Keep your shipping records
for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns
shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00
should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not
reach our Return Department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund
once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund,
in the same form of payment you used to make your purchase, within 14 to 21
business days of our receipt of your return. Please note that we can refund
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Please note the following terms and conditions that you accept
when ordering from us:
- Many of the collectible
items we carry are often rare, "one-of-a-kind" or short packed items subject
to very limited availability. In the event you must return a damaged or defective
limited production item, we will make every effort to replace with a similar
non-defective item. However, replacement of item is subject to availability
of that item. If the item cannot be replaced with the exact same item, we
will send you a similar item or refund your purchase.
- Prices are subject to
change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing
errors. We have done our best to ensure that all information on this site
is accurate and up-to-date. Errors and omissions occasionally occur and are
subject to correction. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
- You are responsible
for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no
fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential
damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping your order,
or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any
item you purchase from us.
